User Agreement

Welcome to Nudge! Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the app. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and Nudge.

1. Service Description

Nudge is a guest relations app designed to help prevent guest complaints from becoming negative reviews. By using this app, you agree to comply with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. If false information is detected, Nudge reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. Nudge is not liable for any account breaches resulting from user negligence.

3. Usage Rules

  • Users are prohibited from using the app to publish or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized access and manipulation of the app are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Nudge owns all rights to the app and related content, including but not limited to software code, interface design, and written content. Without permission, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Nudge strives to ensure service stability, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control.

6. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. In case of changes, we will notify users via in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Subscribe to Nudge

Subscription Plans: "Nudge All-Access Plan (Annual Auto-Renewal)", "Nudge All-Access Plan (Monthly Auto-Renewal)";

Subscription Type: Auto-renewable subscription;

Subscription Price: $23.99 per year (annual auto-renewal) / $3.99 per month (monthly auto-renewal);

Cancel Subscription: To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and select "Nudge All-Access Plan (Annual Auto-Renewal)" or "Nudge All-Access Plan (Monthly Auto-Renewal)" to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends, the subscription will automatically renew.

The Apple ID associated with the auto-renewable subscription will be charged in your App Store account 24 hours before each billing period ends to extend the subscription.
